    Re:list is an online bundle/thrift store that is based in Malaysia. It is also a creative and marketing space whereby visitors can sell, share and collaborate with our company.
  • Where do you get all your stuff?
    We source our clothing from a wide range of suppliers located all around Malaysia and from customers when they decide to sell their second-hand items.
  • How can I be sure my order will be of good quality?
    We do not sell any items that are stained, torn, damaged or fake. Every piece is washed or dry cleaned, then pressed and hung in our stock room. Our standards are very high, we quality check each and every item at several stages before it is listed on the website.   • When will my order by shipped?
    All orders placed after 11am will ship the next day. All weekend orders will ship on the Monday. Any Bank Holiday orders will ship the next available day.
  • How much does postage cost & how long does it take?
    All postage prices are calculated at checkout based on weight of parcel and delivery location. Pos Laju (West Malaysia) - expected time 2-7 days. Pos Laju (East Malaysia) - expected time 5-7 days.
  • I want to get in contact regarding an event or partnership, who do I email?"

  • How can I pay?
    At the moment we accept direct transfers and Paypal payments.
  • I wasn't happy with my order, can I return it?"
    If you are unhappy with your order you are welcome to return it within 30 days from the purchase date. If you would like to return any of your items, please return to the following address: relist.com 5, Jalan Universiti, Bandar Sunway, 47500 Petaling Jaya, Selangor You MUST include a note with your name & order number, otherwise we cannot process the return. Any issues or requests, please contact: jessicalimwt@gmail.com We reserve the right to refuse a refund on any return. Any items used for events and then returned will be refused refunds.
